My office will coordinate directly with the appropriate sheriff or constable to accomplish the service of a summons and complaint, or a subpoena, for your case.

Please note that this fee does NOT include the fee to be paid to the sheriff or constable for the service itself.  My office will let you know the exact amount of the payment due the sheriff or constable.
