Receiving and Responding to Opposing Counsel's Emails

For a flat monthly fee of $425, I will handle all email communication with the other party's attorney.

This means that I will take over email communication with the attorney, and I will blind copy you on those email threads.

When I need information from you in order to respond, then I will request same from you via email.

So, the monthly flat fee covers receiving emails and drafting responses, plus the additional email communication between me and you for that purpose.

If additional work is required (such as a video conference or document review) to determine the answers before I respond to the other attorney's emails, the flat fee does not include that additional work. This limitation is very similar to your unlimited email access to me -- meaning, you can ask me questions that are contained within the email itself but you cannot use the email to delegate work to me that is not contained within the content of the email.
